BARTENDER

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role; academic and bartender license are added advantages.
• Plan bar menu, manage stock levels daily, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar.
• Follow food, beverage, and excise regulations, including timely reporting (daily/monthly summaries).
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and maintain high standards in drink mixing and presentation.
• Engage with guests, take orders, recommend drinks, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, borrowings, and related bar financial procedures efficiently.
