WE ARE HIRING
CEYLON NTCC CONSTRUCTION (PVT) LTD is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our growing team. Colombo Port City – Phase 2 Project
VACANCIES AVAILABLE
1. SURVEYOR – 02 POSITIONS
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction surveying
- Knowledge of surveying instruments and site measurements
- Ability to carry out setting-out and site surveying works
- Age: Below 40 years
2. SITE ENGINEER – 02 POSITIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in construction/site engineering
- Good knowledge of site execution, coordination and supervision
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with project teams
- Age: 25–35 years
3. PLANNING ENGINEER – 01 POSITION
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
- Relevant experience in construction planning and project scheduling
- Knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring and reporting
- Proficiency in relevant planning software will be an advantage
- Age: Below 40 years
4. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) – 01 POSITION
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification
- Relevant experience in construction quantity surveying
- Knowledge of estimation, BOQ, valuation, cost control and contract administration
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Age: 35–45 years
