BIM Modeler
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years BIM experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Revit Architectural, Structural & MEP LOD 500; parametric families, model coordination & sheet preparation
- Preferred Navisworks, AutoCAD, ReCap Pro, Enscape
- Team management
- Age Range: 21 – 40 years
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead BIM projects
- Create & coordinate high-quality multidisciplinary Revit models
- Prepare LOD 500 deliverables
- Clash detection & resolution
- Collaborate with clients & teams
- Point Cloud experience is an advantage
- Coordinate with international clients.
