Credit Control and Recovery Executive
North Western & North Central
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate credit records.
- Prepare and maintain credit management reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Part/Full qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in credit control, debt recovery, or collections.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Candidates residing in Dambulla, Anuradhapura, Jaffna, Kurunegala, and Kandy will be given preference.
