LALAN ENGINEERING (PVT) LTD, a fully – fledged member of the group providing exclusive solutions for industrial process Heating, Cooling, Automation, Water / Effluent treatment, Chemicals Synthetic MT Fluids etc. for various industry segments is looking for the RIGHT person to fill the following positions.
Quantity Surveyor
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or certificate - HND-NVQ Level 5 or 6 or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- 3–5 years experience in MEP project estimation billing & cost monitoring.
- A good knowledge of construction methods and materials, specifically within HVAC systems.
- A methodological approach to work with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills.
- An excellent team player capable of working closely with diverse project teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Site inspection and understanding client requirements, reviewing drawings, and project specifications.
- Preparation of BOQs, cost estimating, tendering, and relevant documents.
- Cost planning, control, and management, alongside tracking project budgets and cash flow projections.
- Contract administration, preparing and reviewing contracts, and claim management.
- Handling variations, change order management, and monitoring daily events.
- Measurement and valuation, managing payments, invoices, and interim/progress payments application.
- Evaluating subcontractors, handling subcontractor payments, and negotiating final settlements.
- Final account preparation, material reconciliation, project handover, and closeout.
PROJECT CUM SALES COORDINATOR
- Should pass G.C.E.A/L Science / Mathematics and Commerce stream will preferable.
- Should be fluent in both speaking and written English
- Around 1-2 years’ experience in the same designation in the any Engineering Company will be preferable.
- Should be capable of accurately preparing quotations, invoicing, E-mail Correspondence etc, with the least involvement of supervisor
- Should have exposure on engineering goods.
- Should be conversant in MS Word, Excel, Emails
