JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – BANKING
JOB ROLE
- Assist to provide frontline support to walk-in customers, including account inquiries, transaction guidance, and product information.
- Assist Relationship Managers by preparing customer documents, following up with clients, and coordinating service requests.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
- Assist handling other daily operations related to Banking Department.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be an autonomous, outcome-oriented and trustworthy professional with strong analytical, commercial and interpersonal skills.
- Be a Sri Lankan citizen.
- Be a Fresh graduate – ( should graduate between 1st January 2026 to 31st July 2027, who could obtain the original graduation degree certificate before 31st July 2027 and before starting to work in Bank of China. Candidate should have no full-time employment history after graduation.)
- Be fluent in both verbal and written Chinese, sufficient for use as a working language.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Be a quick learner who is ready to grasp new knowledge and apply it effectively in practice.
A remuneration package on par with industry standards will be offered to the right candidate.
