We are Hiring - Executive - Human Resource Data & Analytics
Requirements
- Full or part qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Mathematics, or Statistics from a recognized university or institute.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, including HRIS, with exposure to HR analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/HRMS; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Good team player with a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate HR data from all 14 properties, analyze HR metrics, and prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including HR budget, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and retention.
- Support HR Partners across hotels as the System Administrator from the Corporate Office and ensure the smooth functioning of the HRIS.
- Provide backup support for payroll functions as and when required.
- Support workforce planning and HR decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Assist the Head of HR in preparing management reports and presentations on HR trends and KPIs.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve HR processes.
- Handle staff insurance renewals, payments, and related matters.
- Support HR audits, surveys, and other special HR projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
