Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card payments and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain daily cash float and ensure balance at the end of each shift
- Issue receipts, refunds and vouchers as required
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service at the checkout
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter area
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Support store operations as needed
Candidate Profile
- GCE O/L or A/L qualification
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and numerical skills
- Honest, reliable and responsible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (if required)
