Intern – Digital Platforms and Partnerships

The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting the finance operations lead to carry out the planning and execution tasks
- Coordinating / discussing with internal teams to generate insight and share with finance operations lead to support strategizing the planning process
- Ensure that the daily/ monthly digital collection related reconciliations are performed timely.
- Coordinating and following up with internal team to obtain data and reporting back to finance operations lead to support with monthly performance reporting
- Supporting the business team on execution of selected task such as budget planning and performance tracking etc.
- Ensuring that special projects assigned to finance operations teams are appropriately executed.
- Ensuring that the daily performance KPI trackers are updated with the latest data
- Assisting the finance operations team to analyze existing performance and budget data and develop strategies for cost efficiencies
- Maintaining relationship with product owners and cross functional divisions to identify areas of improvement or suggestions and communicating to the finance operations lead in providing solutions
Required qualifications and skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to analyze and interpret data.
- Able to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
