JUNIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE
n
RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations
n- Prepare invoices, payments and financial records
n- Handle bank and ledger reconciliations
n- Support monthly financial reporting
n- Maintain accurate documentation and filing
n- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
n- Monitor expenses and petty cash
n- Support audits and tax-related activities
n- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
n
n
QUALIFICATIONS
n
n- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field
n- Part or fully qualified in AAT, ACCA, CIMA or CA is an added advantage
n- 1–2 years of experience in a finance/accounting role
n- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
n- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
n- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n- Good communication and organizational skills
