Vacancy – Lecturer/Hotel Operations Multitasker (Polonnaruwa/Ampara/Monaragala/Nuwara Eliya)
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Hotel Operations with multi-tasking responsibilities.
Key Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Relevant industry and/or teaching experience in the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical lectures in Hotel Operations and Hospitality Management
- Conduct practical training in areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations, and Guest Relations
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development
- Coordinate practical sessions, workshops, and industry-related activities
- Support day-to-day academic and operational requirements
- Maintain professional standards and promote industry best practices
