Vacancy – Lecturers | Care Giver Program NVQ Level 4 (Polonnaruwa, Monaragala and Nuwara Eliya)
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality training for our NVQ Level 4 Care Giver Program.
Key Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Nursing, Caregiving, Health Care, Elderly Care, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Practical experience in caregiving or healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical sessions.
- Passion for teaching and developing students' professional skills.
- Familiarity with the NVQ curriculum will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Train students in caregiving skills, elderly care, Palliative care and basic health and hygiene, and related areas.
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and student-focused learning environment.
