KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to new and potential customers.
- Introduce and promote our services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer relationship-building and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer literacy and ability to multitask.
Previous sales, telesales, customer service, call centre experience will be an added advantage.
