WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Stripes and Checks.
- Manage and coordinate the Marketing Team, ensuring clear priorities, timelines and accountability.
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Review campaign performance data and use insights to improve results.
- Oversee content, digital advertising, partnerships and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and lead photoshoots for each collection launch, including creative briefs, styling direction, timelines and vendors.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen customer engagement, loyalty and retention.
- Own and continually improve the customer loyalty programme.
- Develop marketing initiatives for the corporate/B2B uniform business while keeping sales and account management separate.
- Work with the corporate sales team to support B2B marketing requirements while keeping sales and account management separate.
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning, communication and customer experience across all marketing channels.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU
- Have 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years leading a small team or owning a marketing function.
- Can develop and manage a marketing budget.
- Are comfortable interpreting marketing and campaign performance data.
- Have experience across ATL and BTL marketing.
- Have experience developing or managing customer loyalty, retention or CRM initiatives.
- Are confident planning and coordinating photoshoots, including creative briefs, styling, timelines and vendors.
