Sales Manager | Sales Executive - Showroom
Industry: Automotive – Electric Bikes
Location: Colombo 14
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage showroom sales and achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and increase customer conversions.
- Assist customers and recommend suitable electric bikes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Monitor sales performance and manage customer relationships.
- Coordinate showroom operations, promotions, and sales records.
Requirements:
Sales Manager
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, including managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales track record and a valid driving license.
Sales Executive
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented personality.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
