Executive – IT & Network Support

Positions
- Executive / Trainee Executive – IT & Network Support
Key Responsibilities :
- First-Line Troubleshooting: Respond to incoming IT support requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, operating systems, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Ticket Management: Log all technical issues and requests in a centralized tracking system. Prioritize open cases, provide timeline updates, and submit reports to management
- Account Administration: Create and manage user credentials, passwords, permissions, and profiles using access management tools
- Maintenance & Security: Perform regular system updates, monitor network performance, back up essential data, and identify or report potential cybersecurity threats.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed procedural guides, logs of technical resolutions, and hardware inventories. Guide and train non-technical staff on how to use new software or systems.
Pre-requisites :
- 1-3 Years’ experience as an IT support / Hardware Technician in a modern IT environment
- Professional / Vocational Qualification in IT / Hardware / Networking
- A good command of English
- Punctual, Multi-tasking & Deadline driven
- Efficient, responsible, well-organized in what they do.
