We are a premier restaurant located in One Galle Face (OGF) Mall, seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Cashier to handle daily monetary transactions, manage our POS system, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit card and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Greet incoming guests warmly and provide assistance with order inquiries.
- Reconcile cash drawers and generate daily sales reports at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth billing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar financial role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS software and basic arithmetic.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Salary
Starting from LKR 60,000/month (negotiable based on experience).
