SHOWROOM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – HI-FI HOME AUDIO SYSTEMS

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Showroom Management Specialist to manage our showroom and provide an exceptional experience to customers interested in Hi-Fi Home Audio Systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Welcome and assist customers with their product requirements
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Hi-Fi audio solutions
- Demonstrate products and explain key features and benefits
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations and follow-ups
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and drive showroom sales
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom is maintained to a high standard
- Monitor stock and coordinate with the relevant internal teams
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize commission opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in showroom management or handling a showroom
- Social Media content coordination & management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cultural sales and marketing skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Target-oriented, confident and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Hi-Fi Home Audio Systems
