WE ARE HIRING Senior Executive - Supply Chain
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate production schedules in line with sales priorities, market demand, and factory capacity.
- Coordinate with Factory, Procurement, Packing Materials, and Exports teams to ensure smooth production and timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor production plans versus actual output and identify gaps, delays, and areas for improvement.
- Purchase and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Monitor supply chain activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure production and shipment schedules remain on track.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or a related role
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Knowledge in supply chain processes, production planning, and inventory management
- Strong IT and data analysis skills (SAP would be a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Analytical & Planning Skills (Power BI is an added advantage)
