VACANCY – RESTAURANT MANAGER
Location: Salaka Senkada (Pvt) Ltd,
Union Place, Colombo 02
We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage staff and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising daily restaurant operations
- Supervising, guiding, and coordinating restaurant staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitoring food quality, service standards, and overall cleanliness
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the Stores Department
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
Qualifications:
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an advantage
- Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry will be an advantage
Salary Per Month
Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications
