Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Alignment – Align people strategy, workforce planning and organizational priorities with business growth and corporate objectives.
  • Business Partnership – Partner with senior leaders to improve business performance, productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Organizational Development – Drive organizational design, restructuring, change management and cross-functional capability development.
  • Leadership & Talent Development – Identify critical talent, develop future leaders and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Performance & Accountability – Drive KPI, performance management and accountability frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Succession & Career Planning – Lead succession planning, career development and internal talent mobility to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture – Strengthen employee engagement, collaboration and a high-performance organizational culture.
  • Management & Employee Relations – Coach managers on leadership, performance, promotions and employee relations while resolving complex people issues.
  • HR Analytics & Business Insights – Leverage HR analytics, dashboards and workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
  • HR Effectiveness & Business Value – Partner with HR leadership to enhance HR systems, policies and processes while identifying people-driven opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Professional Experience

Total Experience: 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Management, Organizational Development, or a similar strategic HR role.

HRBP Experience: Proven experience partnering with senior management and department heads on workforce planning, performance management, organizational development, employee relations and HR strategy.

Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business operations, workforce requirements and business objectives and translate them into effective people strategies.

Leadership & Change: Experience leading HR transformation, organizational development, performance management and change-management initiatives.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree: Required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, social science field.

Master's Degree (Optional): Master’s in Strategic HR Management is highly preferred for executive roles.

Professional Certifications: Strongly valued credentials include SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certifications.
