HEAD OF AUDIT
We are looking for a skilled and motivated audit professional to lead our Internal Audit team. You will strengthen internal controls, improve risk management, and help build strong governance for the company’s continued success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the Internal Audit function.
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans.
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management, governance and compliance.
- Identify key risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Report significant audit findings to Senior Management and the Audit Committee.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and applicable standards.
- Lead and develop the Internal Audit team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management and HR administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala; Tamil would be an added advantage.
