HEAD OF FINANCE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance professional to lead our Finance Department, drive financial planning and performance, strengthen financial controls, and support the company’s sustainable growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage risk, capital, and investment portfolios to optimize returns and ensure solvency.
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with the executive team to shape business strategy and drive profitability.
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fully Qualified in CA/CIMA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with at least 10 years of overall experience.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, capital management and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
