Program Coordinator - Kirulapone Branch
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator at our Kirulapone Branch.
This role covers Operations, Marketing, Customer Coordination and Sales.
Basic Salary Rs.55,000 – 60,000 + Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Quality of the Program's program delivery and facilitation at the center.
- Managing the branch operations and administration activities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities aimed at achieving the branch's targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Drive sales and achieve enrollment/revenue targets through customer follow-ups, inquiries, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills with pleasant conversation skills.
- Good passion in the field of operations & Marketing.
- Previous experience in Marketing & Customer Care will be an added benefit.
- Female candidates only.
- Working days will be Wednesday to Sunday.
