Travel Designer – English Speaking Markets

Colombo | Full-time

Design tailor-made Sri Lanka journeys for leading tour operators in the UK, USA and Australia, and own each trip from first enquiry to the client’s return home.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform partner enquiries into tailor-made itineraries that convert into bookings.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of tour operator partners, building long-term, trusted relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage margins and keep costs under control.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure hotels, transport and special experiences are delivered seamlessly.
• Handle VIP requests, guest concerns and in-trip changes promptly and professionally.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years’ experience with a DMC, ideally working with UK, US or Australian markets.
• A proven track record of designing luxury, tailor-made itineraries.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Sri Lanka’s hotels, experiences and regions.
• Experience with Tourplan will be an added advantage.
