ASSISTANT MANAGER - EXPORT MARKETING
LOCATION - COLOMBO 08

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in export marketing, international sales, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, international markets, trade documentation, and logistics.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and support market expansion and business development.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new international markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate export orders, quotations, negotiations, documentation, and logistics with relevant internal teams.
- Monitor export performance, customer feedback, and market developments while supporting profitability and market expansion objectives.
- Ensure all export activities comply with company policies, international trade regulations, and relevant export requirements.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development events.
