Vacancy for POS TERMINAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient customer support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS / credit card terminals
- Assist customers with installations and device setup
- Coordinate with the technical team for field support and servicing
Qualifications
- G.C.E O/L or A/L qualification
- Age between 21 - 30 years
- Basic IT knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to travel within assigned areas when required
Attributes/Skills Required
- Should be a hard-working, self-motivated, & result-oriented team player
- Good technical troubleshooting skills with a structured process to analyze
- Ability to work under pressure and be able to travel with effective communication
