A leading Construction Project is looking for a qualified and experienced
STRUCTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN
to join our project team at the Marina Real Estate Development Project, Port City.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for building construction.
- Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations and detailing drawings.
- Develop and revise drawings according to structural engineer instructions.
- Coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction requirements.
- Provide technical drawing support to the site construction team.
- Maintain proper control and revision of drawings.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Draughtsmanship, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in building construction projects is essential.
- Experience in structural drafting and detailing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site.
