We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Support Team.
What You'll Do ?
- Support client implementations and technical configurations
- Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues
- Assist with biometric device integrations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
What We're Looking For
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, IP configurations)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- IT-related qualifications or experience are an advantage
