About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our enterprise customer base in Sri Lanka and international markets.
What you will do
- Sell Effetz.AI solutions to Sri Lankan and international enterprise customers.
- Build relationships with CFOs, COOs, Heads of Finance, Operations, Logistics and IT.
- Identify high-value automation opportunities across Finance, Shipping, Trade and Logistics.
- Lead customer discovery, demos, proposals and commercial discussions.
- Build and manage the enterprise sales pipeline and grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with founders, investors and partners on growth and market expansion.
- Support investor discussions with customer, pipeline and market insights.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise technology sales / business development experience.
- Experience selling AI automation, RPA, workflow automation, ERP, finance technology or logistics technology.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions to senior enterprise decision-makers.
- Ability to understand business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Good to have
- Exposure to UiPath, Power Platform, SAP, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Accounts Payable, finance operations, shipping, freight forwarding or trade operations.
