Now Hiring:
01.F&B Supervisor
Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest service and smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily F&B operations
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
2. Waiter / Waitress
Create memorable dining experiences with warmth and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide guests through the menu
- Take orders and liaise with kitchen staff
- Serve food/beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and attend to guest needs
Requirements:
- Prior F&B experience preferred (training offered to motivated candidates)
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Flexible with shifts and weekends
3. Front Office Coordinator (Male Candidates Only)
Be the first point of contact and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain front desk records and ensure proper shift handover
- Ensure a high standard of guest service and hospitality at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Front Office or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and reservation system knowledge is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts
4. Housekeeping Staff (Male Candidates Only)
Maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout our guest spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms and replenish amenities
- Maintain public areas including lounges and hallways
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred (training provided)
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
- Reliable and team-oriented
