DIRECTOR OPERATIONS - FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director Operations - Food & Beverages to lead and oversee all aspects of our hotel's F&B operations. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, driving revenue growth, developing and mentoring associates, and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across all functions under the food & beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all Food & Beverage outlets, banquets, and catering operations.
- Develop and implement innovative concepts, promotions, and menus to enhance guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large F&B team to consistently deliver Luxury hospitality service.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, and business partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in service standards, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Sales and other teams to maximize revenue and market positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive F&B leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in a five-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record in managing multiple outlets, banquets, and large-scale events.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to innovate, adapt, and uphold luxury service standards.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- International exposure and experience will be an advantage.
