VACANCY: SERVICE, PARTS & WARRANTY HEAD
Location: Colombo • Full-time
Join our Aftersales team and lead Service, Parts & Warranty operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth across the network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead parts, lubricant, service & warranty operations
- Drive inventory, profitability & workshop performance
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved and service turnaround is maintained
- Oversee warranty process and technical capability development
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements across the network
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- EDUCATION
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (essential)
- Management qualification (added advantage)
- EXPERIENCE
- 10–15 years in automotive aftersales
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role (service/parts)
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler aftersales preferred; OEM experience an advantage
- KEY SKILLS
- Parts pricing, inventory, diagnostics, warranty, team leadership, analytical skills
