WHAT YOU’LL LEARN & DO
- Understand and document business requirements
- Work with Developers, QA and senior team members
- Support user stories, functional specifications and test cases
- Participate in client and stakeholder discussions
- Gain exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and real-world software projects
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English – a must
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of software development is an advantage
