Tele Sales - Junior Executive (Partnership)
Job Role:
- Contact and engage with leads generated through various digital platforms.
- Understand customer needs and identify suitable insurance solutions.
- Professionally present and sell a range of insurance products over the phone.
- Convert generated leads into successful insurance sales.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, terms and conditions to customers.
- Proactively follow up with interested and prospective customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on insurance products, promotions and sales initiatives.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and effectively present suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Highly motivated, energetic and results-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence in converting prospects into customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with digital systems/CRM platforms.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil will be an added advantage.
