WE ARE HIRING
Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on findings
- Handle customer complaints, investigations and feedback
- Manage non-conformities, CAPA and risk management
- Oversee IQC and EQA programmes
- Maintain document control, SOPs and quality records
- Organise management review meetings and quality reports
- Guide the main laboratory and outer laboratories
- Ensure continual compliance with ISO 15189:2022
Qualifications
- BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) or a relevant BSc degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to the ISO 15189:2022 standard
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive or managerial position
- MBA or MSc will be an added advantage
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality management systems
- Good communication, leadership and report-writing skills
