Job Description:
- Think Beyond just delivering a traditional learning experience.
- Turn capability gaps into learning solutions.
- Design, deliver, coordinate and take the end to end responsibility of learning programs.
- Explore AI, learning trends, gamification and bring innovations to the learning experience.
- Ability to design and develop creative learning materials such as Micro videos, Online Learnings.
- Work closely with individuals of different skills and caliber.
- Engage and coordinate with external and internal leaders and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in L&D, HR, Education, Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in L&D, training, facilitation, talent development or people development.
- Curious about AI, digital learning and the future of learning.
- Creative, analytical, organized and willing to take ownership and make things happen.
- Someone who can balance creative thinking with strong execution and operational discipline.
