ASSOCIATE - IT SERVICE DELIVERY

YOU WILL,

• Manage IT help desk operations (via MYIT).
• Handle monthly IT vendor payments.
• Coordinate with Finance and COE teams.
• Support annual IT budgeting activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Manage wingle data buckets and user allocation.

ARE YOU ?

• Undergraduate or graduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology or Higher Diploma in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or IT).
• Having completed a 6-month internship in a related field would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have strong data handling and reporting skills).
• Strong written communication skills, especially in professional email writing.
• Maintain accurate and well-structured records.
