INTERNSHIP
BUNKERING DEPARTMENT
SCOPE OF WORK
- Assist in preparing proforma invoices, final invoices, Debit notes, Credit notes towards Bunker Fuel deliveries.
- Update and maintain databases for Bunker Fuel deliveries and relevant operations.
- Assist in checking and processing payments.
- Assist in tracking outstanding & credit balance for Bunker customers prior securing orders for Bunker Fuel deliveries.
- Assist in processing duty payments for Bunker Fuel deliveries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Maritime/ Shipping/ Part or Full Accounting (CIMA/ ICASL/ CMA/ ACCA) / Logistics and Supply Chain management/ or equivalent qualification from reputed university or institute.
- Should be preferably below 25 years of age.
- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Should be computer literate and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Internship Allowance: LKR 65,000
