EXPERIENCED BUTCHER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the work area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Excellent knife-handling skills.

COMMI 1 & 2 - COLD KITCHEN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, canapés, dressings and cold food preparations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a Cold Kitchen / Garde Manger role.
- Good knowledge of salads, sauces, dressings, cold cuts and food presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant/catering environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline and a positive attitude.
- Relevant culinary qualifications will be an added advantage.
