Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Promote wealth management and investment solutions based on clients' financial needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with relevant financial insights.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is required. Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or willing to work in the respective location (Colombo or Negombo) are preferred.
