Creative Design & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Profile
Hotel Sapphire is seeking a creative, dynamic and results-oriented Creative Design & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its branding, digital presence and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities & Roles
- Design creative promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, menus and other marketing collateral.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Create engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, reels and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop creative content to promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, banquets, events and special offers.
- Coordinate photography and videography for marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance and digital marketing analytics.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office and Food & Beverage departments to support promotional activities.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, creative design tools and industry developments.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Diploma or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in creative design and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent design software.
- Experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Knowledge of video editing and digital advertising platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, communication and time-management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous creative design and digital marketing work is preferred.
