Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Senior HR Manager to lead and steer Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, improving employee performance, and strengthening workplace discipline to support management in achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, interviewing, onboarding, and employee placement.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary inquiries, investigations, warnings, and termination procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain sound knowledge of payroll processing, attendance inputs, statutory deductions, and payroll controls.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, recruitment updates, turnover analysis, attendance reports, and workforce statistics.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualification in HRM, such as CIPM, PQHRM.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of general HR management and Sri Lankan labour laws.
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing, EPF/ETF.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good command of Sinhala and English.
