We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept to completion with excellence, on time and within budget.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, execute, and close construction projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Manage risks, issues, and change orders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop project team members.
- Optimize resources and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
