CANDIDATE PROFILE
n
SENIOR PHLEBOTOMIST
n
n- G.C.E. A/L with passes in at least two subjects in any stream.
n- Certificate/Diploma in Phlebotomy or related healthcare qualification.
n- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in blood collection and specimen handling.
n- Good communication and patient care skills.
n- Knowledge of infection control and laboratory safety procedures.

JUNIOR PHLEBOTOMIST
n
n- G.C.E. A/L with passes in at least two subjects in any stream.
n- Certificate in Phlebotomy or currently following a recognized course.
n- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
n- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
