MEP PROJECT COORDINATOR – SITE
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects. Ideal candidates should possess excellent technical competence, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
- HNDE/ NDT/ NDES – Electrical/Mechanical/ Building services qualification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 03-05 years of post-qualification experience in project coordination.
- Coordinate between the Client/Consultant site team and Head Office.
- Coordinate site clarifications, technical queries, and information requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor site subcontractor teams and activities.
- Ensure approved drawings, documents, and instructions are issued to site teams.
- Track material deliveries and manpower mobilization at site.
- Monitor site progress, project KPIs, and planned targets.
- Prepare regular site progress reports for management.
- Identify delays/issues and coordinate with Head Office for timely resolution
