Technical Officer
Support | Solve | Grow Together
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications and all kinds of IT devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, CCTV and printer faults, and replacing parts as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Conduct preventive maintenance routines and services (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, CCTV).
Key Requirements
- An approved certification or diploma in computer hardware and network field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Having a motorcycle driving license would be advantageous.
