QUANTITY SURVEYOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets
- Conduct tender analyses and evaluate contractor/subcontractor bids
- Administer contracts terms with clients and suppliers
- Manage change orders and variations throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities
- Prepare interim and final valuation reports, including the certification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs)
- Review and certify IPCs in accordance with project progress and contractual terms
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
