Maintenance Manager - Apartments
Rush Lanka Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple apartment properties and ensure a safe, well-maintained, and high-quality living environment.

Rush Lanka Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple apartment properties and ensure a safe, well-maintained, and high-quality living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment buildings and common areas.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor building systems including MEP, lifts, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
- Handle tenant/owner complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records, reports, and asset registers accurately.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in apartment or multi-property buildings.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and safety standards.
- Experience in managing teams and external service providers.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems (an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
