JOB ROLE

• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
n
• Conduct fabric, trim, inline, and final garment inspections.
n
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, product specifications, and AQL standards.
n
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
n
• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records.
n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
n

INDIVIDUAL PROFILE

n
• Diploma/degree in quality management, textile & apparel, or a related field.
n
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in apparel quality assurance.
n
• Good knowledge of garment construction, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
n
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
n
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
n
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
n
